“Porch 50” At-home Workout

This “Porch 50” workout is simple and quick, requires absolutely no equipment, and is ideal for tight spaces. Plus, YOU GUYS. I finally did it. I finally got my first workout video created. It’s rough, it’s raw, it’s mostly unedited. But I did it, and I hope this helps in your quest to find an easy, fast, no equipment needed, at-home workout!

I named this one “Porch 50” because, well, I usually do it on my back porch. See how creative I am? HA! You can modify this as needed and it’s a good one for beginners to pros because you can amp it up or tone it down. Crank up your jams and then crank this one out. Pair it with a walk to the park with your kiddos (this is our usual set up) or even a jog if you have the time. It can also standalone on those days you just can’t make it to the gym!

“Porch 50”

  • 10 regular squats
  • 10 lunge pulses – 1,2,3 count = 1 x 10 on each leg
  • 50 jumping jacks (Mamas beware, you’re going to want to go empty your bladder BEFORE you start this workout… you pickin’ up with I’m layin’ down here?)
  • 10 pushups – knee push ups are an option here but try to do as many regular push ups as you can before going to the knee option when needed, you’ve got this!
  • 10 plank jacks

Repeat all five exercises in a row, or as a “set.” Complete five sets total. Boom. “Porch 50” complete!
